The leaves on the maple tree by my front door
continue to hang on...
continue their green color..
and continue to provide shade.
But the leaves on the ginkgo tree in my back yard
have turned a bright yellow....
have started to fall....
and cause me to smile.
Such loveliness at this time of year.
